Extend HTML facade to add cloudfront redirection for the image/script/style tags

• Make new package with HTML extension, which we use to replace the HTML facade
• Update the script/image/asset methods to include cloudfront prefixing
• Update: Only thing needed to do is extend the Illuminate/Routing/UrlGenerator class to override the @asset method, and set it as the for HTMLBuilder instead of the regular one. It should:
  • Detect if extension is in the list of redirected assets
  • Pass the cloudfront endpoint to the forceRoot in the getRootUrl method

For this we are going to have to require laravel-framework, and add to the phpunit bootstrap method the startup script

Add optional lazy loader method for the images (HTML::imageLazy()) for lazy-loading images.

• Add javascript lazy load script, custom binding functionality
  • Lazy loading js script should be then in the package
  • Lazy loading should be configurable in the custom js implementation

We want to exclude some paths from redirection based on prefixes (because we might be doing a proxy to S3 for example)

Seems the registration of the HTML builder is affecting the FormBuilder, leaving it broken. We need to fix this.
