Use tag for versions.

Please, consider tagging your releases. Relying on master version is very dangerous.

Version mismatch between repository and download page

There is a version mismatch in terms of rpm availability between the repository[1] and the download page[2].

By default, the role uses the official repository which have a older version available.
The repository have the newest versions of influxdb so I believe this is only a matter of adding chronograf newer versions to the repository.

Is influxdata no longer maintaining the repository for chonograf and we should use the download links to get newer versions?
