Depends on #42

Layers should be selected from the Layers Library UI, but should only be removed from the Map Layers UI. Removing from the library (deleting) should have its own special UI.

USER TEST

1. Create a layer/map/post using maps created in mapbox studio (with portugues configuration)

2. Create a layer/map/post using maps created in mapbox studio (with english configuration) related to layer/map/post created in step 1.

3. See the published posts created in steps 1,2 without user logged
   
   

CONTEXT

We should create maps in English and Portuguese

• If you create a map in English, you can select layers in English only.
• Fix : "map doesnt have layers" appears in english post but when user isn't logged only. It works well when user is logged.

The mapbox needs "lang" parameter which is part from post url, when user is not logged that parameter isn't sent to mapbox api
JEO Plugin must work with WPML using this URL Format:
