Add support for adapters / plugins

A useful scenario for this would be that logs should be written to the disk instead of stdout or to forwards messages to the some external logging service.

Add an enableEnforcedLogMode() method in case you cannot set the DEBUG env

There are some edge cases where you want to enforce the log output, even if not DEBUG variable was set.

The package author could add something like process.env.DEBUG = process.env.DEBUG || '*myNamespace*'; to the entry point, but it feels a bit hackish and repetitive.

Instead I propose to add a enableEnforcedLogMode() to the logger which will automatically append the namespace of the logger to the DEBUG env if not already existing.

multiple instances with enforceLogging, only last created instance is enforcing

related to #11

Enforcing logging (only) through 'enforceLogging'; only the last created instance enforces logging.

const logA = require('log-fancy')('a');
logA.enforceLogging();
logA.info("a1");

const logB = require('log-fancy')('b');
logB.enforceLogging();
logB.info("b1");
logA.info("a2");  // won't show

outputs

  ℹINFO::a: a1 +0ms
  ℹINFO::b: b1 +0ms

while (afaik) it should be

  ℹINFO::a: a1 +0ms
  ℹINFO::b: b1 +0ms
  ℹINFO::a: a2 +0ms
