Create pipeline to test continuous deployment during game runs
The goal is to support teams to trigger app deployment of an updated version to cluster by doing a commit. Test should validate how fast app deployment can be, given that there might be 2000 games run in two minutes and the team is losing points if the bot is not competing. Evaluate the option of ignoring monitored UD walks on cluster for deployment.
