I now have route-chunking working in branch. Service Worker caching works again too.

Going to play with trying to optimise this further.

Working on this over in https://github.com/insin/react-hn/tree/update-latest-deps. Service Worker caching in that branch is currently busted (most likely due to the public -> dist path changes). I'll look at that next.

It took longer that I expected to get parity with master. There's a few quirks with how the latest nwb interacts with HtmlWebpackPlugin and I had to add some unexpected duct-tape to remove generated index.html files I didn't think should be generated and re-wire up templates. Locally testing, everything seems to be working now on branch.
