Media keys support?

I don't know if it is possible, but could you add support for media keys, like play / pause / skip... ?
Also, a youtube.com/tv? I don't know how to code, I just like your project.

using some chrome extensions ??/

is it possible to use some chrome extensions with this web app ???

i use aur package for youtbube desktop web which is just few kb and based on qtws

but i have ads on youtube on this arch pkgs ,, unlike in chorme where i has extension for ads

so is it possible to use the same chrome extensions to block youtube ads ??

add automatic video only modality

For youtube/vimeo and any other video streaming platform

netflix-qdesktop memory leak after closing app AND open it again.

I installed AUR package netflix-qdesktop with chromium-widevine for Netflix playing.
For some reason Netflix QTWS app does not exit properly, and after trying launching app again, memory leak happen.

Manjaro Linux KDE x64 (unstable branch).

HiDPI support needed

On HiDPI screens, the app is half the size it should be and unusable.
Please add detection, or else at least a setting for HiDPI screens.

Scope check

There is no check of the scope when a link is opened in the same tab/window.

Scopes not working

Scopes are not working at the moment. For example, it is possible to open YouTube from the Google Photos app. The expected behavior is that the link is opened in the default browser.

How do I keep a user logged into his/her account for an application?

How do I keep users logged into their accounts in the app, like in the sample YouTube example provided? I have tried making saveSession true.

Add an icon

With commit a3af89 qtws can work also without arguments from the command line. It would be nice to have an icon for qtws (mainly for the .desktop file).

Open in new window not working

Links that open in new windows/tabs (target "_blank") do not work. The expected behavior is that they are opened in the default browser.

Set a custom UserAgent (to watch Netflix from arm/arm32/armv7h system)

To watch Netflix on my current system (ArchlinuxARM armv7h), I had two solutions in mind :

Install qdesktop-netflix (from AUR) which is using qtws
Install Firefox (and WidevineCdm from the widevine-armv7h AUR package)

So, in Firefox, I can watch Netflix by using the following UserAgent : Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS armv7l 9592.96.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.114 Safari/537.36

I checked, and by default qtws uses this one : Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux armv7l) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) QtWebEngine/5.15.2 Chrome/83.0.4103.122 Safari/537.36

So, my question is : is there a way to set an UserAgent to qtws ?

Adding MPRIS interface

It would be great to add the MPRIS interface for multimedial webapps (e.g., YouTube) so that it is possible to control such applications using multimedia keys.
