An improved version of the Qt example's analogue clock widget.

• An optional seconds hand which ticks precisely when the second of the time changes
• Native-looking style on Windows (default style otherwise)
• Show AM/PM in the lower half of the clock (similar to MacOS's clock)
• UTC offset, useful for timezone-related use cases
