Add support for use without Auto Exchange
App should be able to properly display balances for users that don't have Auto Exchange (AE) enabled for all coins.

Allow user to specify if AE is used

Allow user to select a coin or fiat to display aggregate balances if AE is not used

Convert "Credited" balances for coins that are not the AE coin, for users that have a selective AE configuration
Auto refresh not working after app restart
When launched from setup, the auto-refresh feature works properly, but when the app is started without going through setup, the settings are never sent to the renderer thread.
