Hello, I think I need this and I found this traversing the web. It looks like it's 3 years old now. Do you have any plans to update it?

Maybe you can help me to know if I need something like this or not:

When I say "I think I need this" is because I'm looking for a solution to use Service Bus Topics and Subscriptions to send emails, essentially doing this https://jonhilton.net/2016/02/04/how-not-to-send-emails-from-your-web-site-topics-and-subscriptions-part-3/.

However, I have forms where users need to upload documents. We currently restrict document sizes to a max of 10MB (I believe). We store this file in Sql, and then send an email with the file attached. I want to move the sending of emails to the Service Bus and looking for solutions to enable us to send messages to the Service Bus and not risk a message being too large. I also don't want to risk sending the body to the Service Queue in case one day we decide to restyle the emails and and with the extra css/node attributes the messages become too large to the Service Bus.

Any help would be appreciated.
