Looks like there is an offset in the temperature measured my the SCD30 that is ~+2.5°C higher (needs to be verified).
Probably also the humidity is wrong.

• Measure the precise temperature offset and add to the code

• Issue with Library https://github.com/greiman/SSD1306Ascii only compatible with AVR boards (I2C driver is the reason)
• Try to use the big(!) Adafruit display library?
• Without display-support there is an error in the library for the HM3301
• Wait until library supports ESP?

After some time of logging the device stalls/freezes.
Looks like it's a memory leakage that happens within 24h.
According to logs on memory usage (see below), it starts leaking after around 5h.
The leakage was not present in previous implementations. It either come in with using new sensors or with new library versions.
It's 100% reproducible. The time-span it occurs may varies.

The date of the files written to on the SD Card is not using the correct RTC value. It's always 1.1.2000.
