1. Add id field to notes in .notes file when adding notes to Anki, also add hidden id field to note in Anki.

2. Use presence of an id field to avoid adding a note to Anki multiple times

3. Export notes to .tsv files, sorting notes by card type, so that all notes have the same card type and fields as the other notes in the .tsv file.

4. Remove 'Extra' fields throughout.
