通用上传服务,分布式部署，支持断点续传，并发分片上传，云存储(目前实现bos存储),自研调度系统，提高可靠性，后端本地存储，元数据长时间保留，高效上传云(目前仅支持同步上传，异步目前考虑通用性不太友好未实现(client需要拿到云端只读地址))各个上传节点独立，扩展性好，提高整体服务性能，和可用性，高并发下任务互不影响，除了机器资源竞争，稳定性有一定保障
