Implement properties that acts like event streams.
Should play nice with regular properties.

Right now an application has high process usage (12-14% on i7-4670k).

Possible areas for fixes:
[ ] Glfw Events
[ ] Only draw when visible
[ ] Only draw when dirty
[ ] Only draw the dirty area, not a full redraw of everything

A versatile, intuitive and easy-to-use layout management is needed to easily create responsive UIs

Create documentation with Doxygen.

A collection of basic standard widgets is needed so the user doesn't need to paint everything from scratch.

A painter class is needed to abstract away low level painting.
Example:
Qt5 Painter

Implement a XML parser to parse UI's defined in XML.
XML code will map to Element++ code.

Motivation:

Defining UI in XML makes it even more easy to use this library.
Element++ with its CSS-like properties makes it very easy to create UI's just like with HTML and CSS so it shouldn't be impossible to create something like this.

Futhermore, being able to have UI code in XML makes it very easy to create tools to visually build UI's with Element++. A UI builder.

Required to include some dependency licenses, like BSD-3-Clause for Yoga
