When trying to load a database from a different environment using the --db-name doesn't restore the database into the selected target database when the dump file contains the create database statement.

Second issue: the dump file created with ctrl-z contains a hostname in the filename to restore to the same host. when restoring to a different hostname the filename needs to be changed manually.

Use case: production environment is using production database, while staging is using staging database. Backups created with ctrl-z need to be able to be loaded from production into staging, which currently requires a manual file rename to pick up the dump files.
