Add/mul counting in linear layers

It appears in your effnet_flops script that you're only counting multiplications in the linear ops (line 119)? Also, I'm not familiar with fractional quantization. Could you share any resources describing this technique?

Quantization for additions in convolutional layers

Hello!

I was reviewing your effnet_flops script and notices that you're multiplying the number of add_ops by the bits_ratio (line 106). It's uncommon to see quantized additions, so I just wanted to check and verify that you're appropriately rounding the inputs to the addition ops in your convolutions when simulating quantization.
