- navigate to appropriate folder
- git clone repo_url.git
- npm install && npm start
A. If you have issues with the development environment set up try the following:
- npm install
- sudo npm install -g es6
- npm start
if you are getting "use of const in strict mode"
- Clear NPM's cache:
$ sudo npm cache clean -f
- Install a little helper called 'n'
$ sudo npm install -g n
- Install latest stable NodeJS version
$ sudo n stable
- npm install && npm start
- you may be prompted to run this with $ sudo npm install && npm start - if so do it
- ctrl c to get out of running session
- from now on you can run:
$ npm install && npm start
