Clone the latest version of webev and webev-server.

Prepare environment variables.
See the environment variable section below -
Run
docker-compose upandyarn devat webev-server. -
Run
yarn devat webev.
- The following environment variables are required for normal operation.
- Set to .env.development or .env(at root) in webev.
