python script for extracting data from nevada climate change portal.

all we need to do is call the function getDataMonthly s follows:

#it gets a list of logicalSensor objects
logicalSensors = getLogicalSensorInfo()
#It retrieves a csv file of monthly data of each logical sensor and dumps in outputDir
outputDir = 'data'
getDataMonthly(2012,1,2014,12,logicalSensors,outputDir)

An exmaple data file should lok like follows (the date is in ISO 8601 format)
