请求请求，请求合并

书中第七章小结提到，只要提交过PR就可以管理仓库，我现在的提交状态仍然是Open，请问我是否有权限自己merge这个PR？

并没有像书上所说，在发送过pull request之后就能获得merge pull request的权限。
目前打开pull request依然显示“Only those with write access to this repository can merge pull requests.”。

书本不是很好，很多都是网上照抄的

这个功能应该就是 6.4 节 不知道为什么没有人来试试....

发送pr后，想自己处理以下pr。本地修改完后，push失败，网页上没有合拼按钮，没有权限。看书上说发送pr后就会得到管理权限，希望能处理以下。

打开Github后也并没有找到merge的选项，似乎我并没有管理权限，我也不太清楚管理权限的界面有什么区别，请问这个是什么请况？
