fixed indexing for nonsquare width != height images

forex.

1. create ROI1
2. clone ROI1 -> ROI2 - both have the same size and position

3. select a ROI -> selected ROI1

ROI2 should have been selected instaed as usually originatin roi has already been bound to a position on image while ROI2 is (most probably) subject of change

a. implement Z-order top
b. offset ROI2

it seems Range is not updated

since phase in frame number mode shows frame numbers since study but not from phae

it uses feedback from ImageView to update this solutionh has disadvantages:

1. a lag of updating W/L state depending on image size (it has some pros but generally looks bad)
2. the case one LUTC controls several IW is mysterious
   Implementing this in proposed way would let IW to implement burst W/L updates through analyzing W/L update request finally make W/L update smoother.

• implement algorithm for not orthogonal histogram calculi
• include case of histogram along longitudinal (transaxial) axis

Currently it holds data as an instance of awt.Raster it is far from being optimal. It implies massive overhead on get/set operations

MONOCHROME1 is shown as MONOCHROME2 ie as positive

it seems subscription is not updated

it seems annotation's size overlaps almost entire ROI
