All references to the project name must be updated.

dwv has evolved and now provides the core library (dwv) separately from the viewers (for example dwv-jqmobile, dwv-simplistic, dwv-angular...). The url used to access the viewer must be changed.

The proposed scheme is dwv-viewer/index.html (instead of dwv/viewers/mobile/index.html). War files will provide only one viewer (and not three as before).

The code is fixed to the localhost domain (see DwvLinkProvider.java#L55).

This root path should not be hard coded!

This plugin must use the latest version of dwv, as of today, it is version 0.22.0

I'm trying to open a dcm file in dwv directly from a url, but I get the attached error message, however I can access the file directly, have some idea of what password, I tried both with the normal url both encode
