仿照了Win10自带的便签,以后再也不用担心win10bug或者重装系统导致便签数据丢失了。

1、支持字体放大和缩小
2、支持开机自启动
3、窗口置顶
4、可以调节每个便签的大小
5、所有的调整都会自动保存，下次启动时所有的配置都按照之前的设置
1、修复了拖动右上角最大化无法缩小的bug。
1、将属性改变自动触发保存改成每过5秒自动保存一次，提高程序运行效率。 2、修复了设置成置顶之后下次运行未置顶的bug。
1、主题颜色更改功能(目前包括了三款基础颜色)
