The ansible dconf module is great! It just doesn't work with this ostree+oci container-format approach. The issue is that, as is, it writes files to /var/roothome/.dconf/user, and nothing is allowed to be written to /var during the OCI image build process.

For now I need to convert my dconf settings to key files that are copied-out to /etc. That's less elegant than the current approach, but it's the only approach that will work for now.
