Instead of adding the dead role to all members:
for each member, 2% chance to die, send a message like "@user died in the explosion" (without mentions)

Obviously not global simple commands.

Having simple commands be global isnt the best if the bot is going to be in more than one server

TODO:

• !addCommand should add a command on the server where it's called, same for !deleteCommand
• New command needed: !addGlobalCommand
• New column on simplecommand table: serverId (zero for global commands)
• Migrate current commands to the corresponding server when needed
