Sisyphus-js for automatically storing form content in browser storage. Add a message at top of form to notify user that unsaved content was restored. Give option to clear away unsaved content (if truly unwanted).

Thought I'd set up the pundit gem, but this is the only "controlled" action in the system right now. Will save pundit for later.
