RMI binding fails when using JDK > 1.6.0_23

This may not be a binary issue, but security issue (policy config?).

Despite this happening when components are executed using the frascati run command, it works when using the FraSCAti Explorer, at least in Mac JDK 1.6.0_65.

It would be interesting to see why, and how this can be corrected.
