Check user role for commands
Currently, the command is only restricted based on channel. Adding role checks might be nice. The logs are still posted to the same channel though, so thought on that is needed too.
Better command error handling
Some errors could get swallowed, and the discord.py handler could be better too

More options for retrieving and filtering
You can get logs for a given day in a given channel. Now we have a proper database to query, it would be nice to have proper querying of the database, at least by duration, and maybe certain channels or users.
Organise into packages
Having everything top level is nasty - reintroducing a logger package would be nice
Indent edited message lines to match the root message
