As the fonts, specially the content text one, may be used in italic and/or bold form, it would be great to have samples of these renderings.

Was machine learning used for generating pairings?

The README makes it sound like ML was only used to generate the embedding/vectorization of fonts, and a formula is used to instrument that embedding and supply matches.

If you try to sign up to the FontJoy list on https://fontjoy.com/ it fails with an error.

I recently discovered Fontjoy and I must say, it's a delightful experience. I'm particularly impressed with its user-friendly interface and the array of practical features it offers.

I have a couple of queries:

1. Does Fontjoy automatically refresh its database of Google Fonts periodically? I noticed that the font 'Kalnia' (Google Fonts - Kalnia) is not listed.

2. Regarding the font preview display, is using the letter 'A' the most space-efficient method for showcasing the entire font collection?

Thank you for your efforts in developing such a useful tool. Your insights on these matters would be greatly appreciated.

I would love to be able to navigate to a random website, click a button, and have a Chrome extension read the fonts loaded on that page, produce a set of images for each font, upload them to a server that runs the model on them, and then open fontjoy.com showing me similar google fonts for each font found on that webpage.

That would be a killer feature.

Give an option, so we can set hex/rgb colour background, and it will be easier for us to choose a font

I am using resnet where in my feature vector i dont get any non-negatives due to RELU layer.

What do you propose for Font Pairing contrast similarity here?

For all of us inserting code into the content, including monospaced font pairing to this splendid tool would surely be fantastic :)

It would be good to be able to type in a font name to start with that font and lock it to find parings.
