Unable to build a working npk with modify_npk
I tried some scenarios all of which failed when I tried to flash into the router... Firmwares chosen were 6.39.3 and 6.40.8
- I extracted a working routeros npk and modified the rootfs filesystem , packed it with mksquashfs and then built npk using the modify_npk.
- In this I didn't make any changes in the rootfs filesystem., Everything else was same.
- In this I didn't even extract the root-squashfs ... Just built the npk file from the rootfs.squashfs
And for building the npk , I have followed exactly what is stated in the repo.
