Certain of the questions have a title format similar to $questionGroupTitle ($id-$id) $questionTitle, used to define groups of questions.

Use this to generate question groups, and remove the question group identifier from the title in the JSON.

Titles are also normally in uppercase, which will cause readability issues. This should be handled, but care must be taken to capitalize that which should be capitalized.

Because of the generation of question groups, we should also generate an outline for each part, which contains the question groups and question titles, as well as a overall one similar to FULL.

I don't know why, something about them is causing the parser to ignore the files.

The current writing system is very "scripty" and can only write JSON.

Before we can support more formats for the data, we need a well-designed way to handle rendering and writing that data.
