Table over A and B
Algorithm in book

Need to be able to look up each number needed to look up numbers in the new table

Easiest way is to iterate through all the values and can assume all variables are binary counters, which gives index for target table

keep track of stride of each variable, for example on a table A and B and C where it comes from tables A and B and B and C, when the C counter is incremented, its stride is 1, or 2, depending whether it was first or last in the order. either add or subtract the stride of the variable from the index in each of the tables. not all indecies will be incremented
