vs-kernels was renamed to vskernels after tragedy struck with my auto-publishing workflow. Please fix!

Doesn't have to be RTD or anything, though it would be preferable. But several functions that are part of the public API lack docstrings to help make sense of the args. Most notably stgfunc.misc.set_output and almost everything in stgfunc.mask

Currently importing stgfunc exposes a lot of things that users shouldn't be getting from there. This is mostly due to the wildcard imports in __init__.py, which should be fixed when defining an explicit __all__.

A few examples of the things that get imported with stgfunc:

• ABC
• abstractmethod
• annotations from _Future
• the entire ast module
• ...
