使用gulp搭建的脚手架， 适用于开发传统页面（非单页应用）
功能如下：
1. 压缩css
2. 给css添加厂商前缀
3. 压缩并混淆js
4. 压缩图片，打包字体文件
5. 处理html中的css, images, js, fonts文件，使之文件名使用md5形式。
6. gulp help 帮助文档命令
