SysCache EvictEntity Cache.Clear() bug

Appeared in the tree 94402f3

In the Full2ndLvlCacheMiss, I have evicted the all Blogs from 2nd cache using SessionFactory.EvictEntity(typeof(Blog).FullName)

In the logs, I have seen that NH evicted all Blogs, but very soon later, I had a cache hit.
When I evicted only one entity, the Blog#2 that was loaded, the

The EvictEntity(entityName, id) will call p.Cache.Remove(cacheKey)
The EvictEntity(entityName) will call p.Cache.Clear();

The first worked, the second didn't.

This bug appeared only when running the whole test fixture and because I am creating the db each time, there might be some leftover data that are not properly cleared because SysCache expected to be initialized only once per app run or something like that.
