You can publish and run the migrations with:

php artisan vendor:publish --tag="api-mercadolibre-migrations"
php artisan migrate

You can publish the config file with:

php artisan vendor:publish --tag="api-mercadolibre-config"

Agrega tus credenciales en el .env
