Need to make sure this doesn't affect MIDI timing.

Norns now provides its own param named clock_source so mine stopped working. Although I feel like this is a bug in norns, I'm going to fix it on my side to make it useable again.

Norns should send a trigger and pitch to crow on each burst. There are 4 outs, so maybe 2 voices? Or maybe outs for trigger, pitch, and y position? If doing option b, not sure what the 4th out could be used for.

Currently the scale is randomized when the scrips is loaded. Maybe either pick a scale or have some options on the params page.

Monome is working on param submenus in monome/norns#491. When this is available, I plan to support them in Circles.

Currently, when two circles collide a random one is chosen to burst. This can lead to interesting rhythms, but doesn't allow for repeatable loops.
