Review class -> hooks conversion

Some mistakes were made when converting from Class components to hooks. I found missing dependencies in places like SuggestionsOverlay.js but there is probably more to fix.

Add prettier

Code formatting changes makes PR's annoying to compare. Add prettier to resolve this in the future

Bring in fixes from react-mentions

Specifically, signavio#677 would be very helpful. Thanks!

Publish demo to github pages

The previous demo was hosted on vercel. Would be nice to get it up on github pages instead.

How can I use this in my project?

I am facing issue with grammarly as text repeats it self. I noticed you have fixed it but I want to use your fork in my project as original project is outdated. Any guide or readme?
