The reason being that some parts of it are not loaded due to using the protocol HTTP (error message says something about the connection to the page not being private)

I expect changing all links to scripts and suchlike in the template(s) from HTTP:// to HTTPS:// would resolve this

in some of the pages (especially enkel-related) there are some typios in markdown elements - for example in Part 2 there are no spaces between the hases and Lexer and Parser - resulting in not rendering them as headings
