I have a few Livolos and I can tell you that not all of them have the same sensitivity.

It's been a long time since I don't work on this project, so excuse my memory loss. What's the exact problem with debugging through the existing header? As far as I remember I was able to program the chip through that header AND also to step debug it. I did desolder the original chip and soldered a new one so that I could always roll back, though.

Of course I had to detach the PIC board from the mainboard because in the light switches the circuit GND is referenced to the LIVE wire.

Thanks for the quick response.
When I try to use the debug function with my PICKit 3 I get the message that this would required the debug header. SO just connecting the 5 wires is good for programming but not for debugging. Another thing I had to figure out is that the initial erase needs at least a Vdd of 4.5V, due to the copy protection bit. Afterwards operating and programming it with 3.3V worked.

For my project I'm just working with the PIC board detached and the plan is power it from the PICkit (as I did with thermosthat). So I don't need the 220V for that.
For triggering the relays I will just rely on your, although I'm going to put it into assembly. I don't like surprises and prefer to do everything directly in assembly.

Regarding the sensitivity: All single livolos I have are working fine. But I have also two 2 gang. One with RF and one with Zigbee. In both case the 2nd sensor works really bad whereas the 1st one is fine.
Well I'll measure trip and what I get :-)
