Caption spacing is a not consistent.

In particular, the caption spacing on minted listings is very large, and takes up more space than it should. It would be desirable for these to look more like the lstlisting example

Perhaps related to this is the gap between the caption and the code in the minted macro example.

Several of the packages in the document feature links to their CTAN documentation, but minted does not. This should be fixed.

While the aside box demonstration is useful, does it belong in this project?
