First, thank you for sharing your work with the public. I'm really grateful!

I'm trying to use gatsby-remark-mathjax-ssr to render equations and reference them in the text. So my markdown contains something like:

$$
x + y = z
\label{1} \tag{1}
$$

which is rendered very beautifully. But when I reference it later with, e.g., In equation $\eqref{1}$ ... the rendered text reads In equation (???) .... To me, it seems like no # anchors are generated at all.

Any ideas what might be going wrong here?

Can you increase the timeout limit of mathjax-node?
My building process for Gatsby site crashes because of this limit value.

The project I am implementing using €€ signs instead of $$ signst for formulas. I can't find the plugin options to change that. Any idea how can I change the sign for formulas?

In file mathjax.css, it requests its font file from Cloudflare CDN Site. However, the site returns 404.
If we request the file version 2.7.7, it works well.
