TopoWx ("Topography Weather") is an open source framework written in Python and R for interpolating temperature observations at a topoclimatic spatial scale.
These issues are not prevalent when installing the newest version of R, but this probably won't be compatible with rpy2 as python 2 is required for this code to work. Was wondering if you have any idea on how to make things work? I'm going to try different versions of rpy2 and R to see if I can find compatible versions that allow me to install the R packages I need. Any advice would be appreciated.
