I installed rpy2 version 2.6.0, which automatically installs R version 3.2.2. When installing the necessary R packages, it generates errors.

install.packages('changepoint', repos="https://cloud.r-project.org/")
Warning: unable to access index for repository https://cloud.r-project.org/src/contrib
Warning message:
package ‘changepoint’ is not available (for R version 3.2.2)

These issues are not prevalent when installing the newest version of R, but this probably won't be compatible with rpy2 as python 2 is required for this code to work. Was wondering if you have any idea on how to make things work? I'm going to try different versions of rpy2 and R to see if I can find compatible versions that allow me to install the R packages I need. Any advice would be appreciated.
