• build & install 相關說明

Version Requirements
  Nodejs >= 14.5.0
  Mariadb: 10.6

1. 產生一份 .env 檔並複製 .env.example 中的內容，若已有空的db則將資訊替換，若沒有亦可選擇透過 docker-compose up -d 啟動一個mariadb的docker container。

2. npm install 安裝套件至node_modules

3. npm start 啟動api server
