• Check if file has been deleted from folder when browsing, and if so then delete it from the cache
• Persist timestamps of the last time we accessed a file, so we know if we need to clear the results/etc.
• Speaking of results, we need to confirm our tags in the cache file "config" and "result" maybe don't seem right

We need to think about how to do that nicely without breaking someone's train of thought by deleting/recreating rows. This can occur when a simulation is complete or when the program is done updating the file versions. I think we need to somehow keep a reference to which file was being operated on, and then access that row item directly when the process is complete.

• Add another cache file entry for "file metadata" to keep things like the E+ file version
• Retrieve file version for each file in the directory and update the list view

Need to add it to cache right when it is selected and update listview. And before that, confirm that's the desired behavior.
