Don't need much in the way of dependencies. Just Vue and a basic app file that starts things up for now. These files should go into the "front" folder.

Depends on #1, but will have to take the data and pass it along to the main Vue application.

Seeing as how we'll use Vue, vueify might be the way to go, which will require browserify. At some point we might need to split things up better, but this should work for now.

Need to make sure there are proper read and write permissions

One question is, should this plugin use a custom post type, or should we set up a custom endpoint system using just the base API. I think we can just store all data in a custom post type, but we will need an options endpoint as well, so it may make sense to set up a custom namespace for everything. If we go with a post type, we'll need to require the latest version of the REST API plugin, otherwise we can build off of what's already in core. Thoughts?
