1. HTML Modifications: deleted original css code and added tags for CSS file.
2. Added a old paper version background.
3. Added a border to each comment paragraph.
4. Text is centered.
5. Added a hover effect to each catalog text and each image.
6. Set bold effect on both subtitles and tiltes.

Made both good version and bad version of my personal page. good version files are qi_good.css and qi_good.html bad version files are qi_bad.css and qi_bad.html
