The current feature branch "feat/YeahBobi_TDLST-001_project_structure" seems to satisfy this issue. Let's go ahead with a PR to review and close this issue.

This will enable issue #2 to be worked on. We need a base for developing CI/CD pipelines for automatic build and deployment for feature testing and software releases.

Just as FYI, currently I am working in product development, which will result in epics and tickets that will be in our backlog.
