[Enabler] Project roadmap design

As a project manager/owner I need to research currently available products that could help with the creation of an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) and from there come up with epics and user stories that will help the development team to deliver features as agile as possible

As a developer, I need to research CI/CD tools for the project in order to standardize code quality, coverage, and continuous integration and deployment practices
