vars section is the place to include any configuration of variables.

• define vars sections in manifest
• implement vars parser
• implement string interpolation for other sections based on variables defined under vars section and env vars
• document

Typer uses type hints on the method args to determine params and options for CLI commands. Seems easier to implement with the current manifest spec setup.

Pipelines are a stream of commands

1. Executed in the order defined
2. Can reference other commands or pipelines directly
3. Can accept their own private named and positional arguments
